Factor sales advisor

Working Pattern: Full time - 40 hours per week
Time salary:To be agreed based on experience

Job Purpose:
• Perform a motor factor interface based role, achieving a consistently high standard of performance associated with quality, cost and delivery
• To act as front-line liaison between the customer and their requirements
• To liaise between customer and technicians

Job Duties:
• Complete telephone and email sales enquires to the best commercial outcome for the company
• Deal with customer queries efficiently and effectively or escalate where necessary – offering a professional service at all times
• Complete company sales orders/job cards in a timely manner
• Arrange the collection of returning goods from customer premises
• Ensure the accurate completion of company paperwork, including delivery paperwork, and QHSE documentation
• Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments as required to ensure that the customer receives the highest possible level of service in line with the aims and objectives of the business
• Be flexible and willing to undertake tasks and roles which may combine other attributes, e.g. Parts + Service + Sales
• Raise any concerns with the Head of Factor Sales as and when necessary
• Provide ideas for continuous customer improvements

• Proven experience in Motor Factor sales environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Technical awareness and knowledge of the products and services offered by Carwood
• Experience working with software such as TecDoc, MAM Autocat+, Partslink24
• Proven experience to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Displays a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company
