Eligibility:
• The Promotion is only open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aftermarket customers, with a direct Carwood account. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or persons associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Internet access is required.
• No purchase is required to enter the daily free prize draws.
• Only one entrant per person, per day (maximum of 12 entries during the promotion). Entries will be disqualified, and prizes voided, if other means are used to circumvent this process.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entrants that do not meet the qualifying criteria.
Promotional Period:
• The Promotion starts at 00.00 on Monday 4 December 2023 and ends at 23.59 on Friday 15 December 2023 (GMT). Each individual day/door will open at 00.00 and close at 23.59.

• Prizes on offer will be as detailed on the respective day.
• No cash or other prize alternatives are available.
• The Promoter reserves the right to offer similar prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make it necessary to do so.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary, due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Prizes will be sent out to winners within 7 days of each draw, unless stated otherwise. Delivery dates of prizes cannot be guaranteed.
• Prizes can only be shipped to addresses within the UK.
How to enter:
• To enter the daily free prize draw, entrants will be required to enter basic personal data. 1 prize is available each day.
• Any entries that do not meet the terms and conditions, or are not complete, will not be accepted.
Winner selection and notification:
• All entries that meet the required terms and conditions will be included in the appropriate prize draw. The daily winner will be selected at random the next day using a 3rd-party, computerized process.
• The winners will be notified via the contact details provided, within 72 hours of the draw taking place. The winners will be required to provide further details for prize fulfilment. The prize will be posted/delivered accordingly.
• If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
• The winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity resulting from the promotion. As such, Carwood reserves the right to publish the name and/or company of the winners online. The winners may object to this information being published by notifying Carwood.
• Participants acknowledge that when a 3rd-party asks for confirmation of a winner, the Promoter is required to provide the name of that winner and the county that he or she lives in. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Carwood as above.
• By participating, entrants are giving their consent to be contacted by Carwood periodically. All data will be handled in accordance with its privacy policy, available at: https://carwood.co.uk/privacy-policy/. They may unsubscribe from future communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
General:
• Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
• Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days).
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize, and/or disqualify the participant, where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any such decisions.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not received for any reason.
• The Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
• This promotion is governed by UK law.
