Every unit that is released after test and validation is capped and sealed before it is then etched or laser engraved with a unique identification number that enables full traceability and quality control throughout the supply chain. Where an injector requires coding for vehicle installation and ECU programming it is labelled with the information on both the part itself and the associated packaging, this ensures correct OE specified fuelling performance when fitted.

A wide range of finished products and components are held in stock and special items can be expedited on demand. Brand packing can also be flexed according to customer requirements, with OEM or own brand boxes provided by agreement.
