A fundamental principal applied to every Carwood remanufactured product is that it is fully tested to the OE specification and is approved before being released to the customer. Carwood continues to invest significantly in the manufacturer approved test equipment to enable the most stringent and contemporary standards are met. The test and calibration engineers are factory trained and the facility is operated on Total Planned Maintenance (TPM) principles. Every pump and injector is run under load in accordance with the latest OEM test plan, common rail plans and results are automatically downloaded and computer recorded for assurance and traceability purposes.
