Carwood Diesel Systems is approved for virtually all diesel makes including Bosch, CAV, Delphi, Denso , Lucas VDO (Siemens), Stanadyne, Woodhead (Bryce) and Zexel. All staff are OE factory trained and use OE approved test equipment, applying the latest OE test data, processes and procedures. Major technological investment includes a suite of more than 20 OE production test benches and specially designed production assembly clean rooms certified to ISO14644, Class 7. Utilising lean manufacturing techniques as well as modern computer systems and software to control production and logistics, the output capacity of the business can be rapidly flexed through shift pattern and workflow management to maintain high availability and cope with surge demand.
