Skilled Electric Motor Repair & Rewind Technician: experienced multi-skilled motor repairer working on AC/DC low and high voltage units
Main responsibilities include fault diagnosis on electric motors and windings, strip and repair of electric motors, armatures, field coils etc. and reassembly and testing of electric motors and windings.
Minimum 5 years’ experience required with knowledge of controlled pyrolysis ovens, VPI systems, dynamic balancing, surge/high voltage test.
Semi-Skilled Motor Repair & Rewind Technician: ideally suited to someone with a background in electric motors, pumps, generators etc, looking to become a fully skilled motor rewinder
On-the-job training will be provided to support and upskill the successful candidate. On completion, main responsibilities will include fault diagnosis on electric motors and windings, strip and repair of electric motors, armatures, field coils etc. and reassembly and testing of electric motors and windings.
Experience in the repair of electric motors and/or generators required
Workshop Operatives: perfect role for a person(s) with limited to no experience, looking for a career in the repair and rewind of electric motors
As a workshop operative, the successful candidate will be charged with supporting the team in the repair and rewind of electric motors and generators. The tasks will be varied, so the job will provide wide-ranging experience, and an opportunity to learn hands-on from some of the best in the industry. Formal training will be provided to team members who show a flair for, and desire to want to do more.
No experience necessary, but a willing, can-do attitude is a must.
Process & Quality Engineer:
Main duties include the development and implementation of business standards relating to production, quality engineering, health and safety and other company activities.
